| What to bring in: | If bringing a PC into
the shop all that needs to be brought in is the "BOX" or "CPU". Keep the
cables, keyboard, mouse and monitor at your home or office (Unless they need
to be tested). Software, Product keys and drivers will need to be brought in
to the shop. If bringing in Laptops or Printers, cables may be needed.
PLEASE SAVE and BACKUP your "critical files"
before bringing in your Computer. We can not be held responsible for lost
DATA.

| Turn Around Time: | Most Repairs, if special-order parts are not needed, can be done within 2-3
business days. Special-order, or back-ordered parts, may extend the repair depending upon availibility.
We also attempt to estimate the repair time to within $30 of the labor
charges. If more than one-half hour of additional time is needed, we will call before continuing.

| General PC Repairs (In-store Service): | $69 per hour, (one-half hour
minimum), billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days.

| Rush Service: | $69 rush fee plus $69 per hour
(1-hour minimum), billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter. (Rush Service Not Always Available).
Rush service is usually 24 hour turn around.

| Onsite Service: | Computer Service and Repair: $89 /hr. (1-hour minimum)
billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter. Hourly rate after 5:00pm and on weekends: $133.50/hour.
Network Service and Repair: $99/hour (1-hour minimum) billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter.
Hourly rate after 5:00pm and on weekends: $148.50/hour. (Network service and repair is defined as
4 or more peer-to-peer computers, or any computers using a server.)
For businesses located within 10 miles of our store, on-site service call
billing starts when a technician leaves the store and is stopped when job is
complete - one-way travel time charge.
For businesses located further than 10 miles from our store, on-site service
call billing starts when a technician leaves the store and is stopped when
technician returns to store - round-trip travel time charge.
Onsite services are available by appointment only. Appointment times are
scheduled on a first call basis and may be several days to several weeks out
depending on demand. No rush service is available for on-site service.
| Payment:
| Payment is due when services are rendered,
unless prior arrangements have been made. This does not apply to billed
customers. New billable accounts must be established prior to service
being rendered, and require approximately 3 days to process.
